Commuting, demanding careers, shift work and family life can make early starts and uncertain finishes difficult. Kendrick Lodge responds with slightly later starts and disciplined meeting management.
What changes
Administrative work is prepared in advance, reports are concise and the agenda is controlled. The result should feel organised, not rushed.
What does not change
Quality, ceremony, governance, hospitality and fellowship remain central.
